We depart from the Port of Alcudia, in the north of Mallorca. If you have booked the transfer service (included free of charge), we will pick you up directly at your hotel and let you know the exact time when your booking is confirmed.
We leave the Port of Alcudia heading north-east towards the Cap de Formentor area, where a large concentration of dolphins lives. We sail along the coast and open sea, offering spectacular views throughout the entire Dolphin Experience.
The Dolphin Experience includes guaranteed dolphin sighting, free hotel transfer, multilingual guide on board (Spanish, English and German), WC on board and insurance. The bar service is available on board but is not included in the price.
Yes. We know the dolphins' habitat perfectly, which allows us to offer a 100% guaranteed sighting. In the exceptional case that no dolphins are spotted during your Dolphin Experience, we offer you a free repeat excursion at no extra cost.
The Cap de Formentor area is mainly home to bottlenose dolphins (Tursiops truncatus), the most common species in the Mediterranean. Striped dolphins are also occasionally spotted, and with a bit of luck, even a sea turtle.
Absolutely. We practise responsible dolphin watching: we maintain a safe distance, never chase the animals, and follow cetacean observation guidelines. The dolphins approach the boat naturally and voluntarily.
We spend between 35 and 40 minutes in the dolphin area — considerably more than similar excursions that typically offer between 15 and 20 minutes. This gives you plenty of time to enjoy, photograph and truly live the moment.
In high season (July and August) departures are at 06:30, 08:30 and 13:30. The rest of the year we depart at 06:30 and 08:30. Times may vary slightly to adapt to sea conditions and guarantee the best Dolphin Experience.

Yes, you can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before. Date changes are handled at no cost with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to availability. If we cancel due to bad weather, we will rebook you on another date or issue a full refund.
Highly recommended. Spots are limited as we work with small groups. In high season (June–September) the Dolphin Experience fills up quickly, so we advise booking at least 48 hours in advance.
We recommend bringing sun cream, a cap or hat, sunglasses, a light jacket (early morning departures can be cool) and comfortable footwear that can get wet. Don't forget your camera or phone to capture the best moments.
Yes, the Dolphin Experience is suitable for all ages. The boat is stable and safe, with comfortable seating. Children must be accompanied by an adult. For babies under 2 years old, please contact us before booking.
We sail in relatively calm waters, but if you tend to get seasick we recommend taking an anti-seasickness tablet (such as Biodramina) about 30 minutes before boarding. It also helps to fix your gaze on the horizon and stay in the central area of the boat.
The transfer is free and included in all bookings. We pick you up at your hotel door before the Dolphin Experience and bring you back when it's over. When your booking is confirmed you will receive the exact pickup time, which is usually 30–45 minutes before departure.
