It depends on the experience: Speed Boat lasts 1 hour, Dolphin Experience and Snorkel Safari 2 hours, Parc Natural Llevant and Blue Cave 3 hours. The Private Tour has a minimum of 2 hours and you decide the duration.
Yes, all our trips include free transfer. We pick you up at your hotel or agreed meeting point and take you back when it's over. We will let you know the pick-up time when confirming your booking.

All trips include free transfer, multilingual guide and insurance. The Parc Natural, Blue Cave and Snorkel Safari trips also include snorkel equipment and paddle surf boards. The Speed Boat includes snorkel equipment.
Yes, our trips are suitable for all ages. Children aged 3 to 10 have a reduced price. Children under 3 are free. All vessels are equipped with children's life jackets.
Yes, the Kundala has a toilet on board and bar service (drinks not included in the price). For private tours you can request personalised catering in advance.
We recommend bringing sun cream, a hat, towel, swimwear and comfortable shoes. If you plan to snorkel, you can bring your own equipment although we provide it. Don't forget your camera to capture the best moments.
Yes, you can cancel for free up to 24 hours before the trip. Cancellations with less notice may incur a partial charge. Contact us via WhatsApp, email or phone to manage your cancellation.
Safety is our priority. If weather conditions are not suitable, we will cancel or reschedule your trip at no cost. We will notify you as early as possible so you can reorganise your day.
