It depends on the chosen experience. Standard trips last approximately 2 hours. Private boat charter can be half day (4h) or full day (8h).
All our trips depart from the Port of Alcúdia, in the north of Mallorca. We will send you the exact meeting point location when your booking is confirmed.
Yes, our on-board guides speak Spanish, English and German. We offer 24/7 support for any questions before, during and after your experience.
You can book directly through our website, via WhatsApp or by calling us. Select your trip, choose a date and time, and pay securely by card or cash.
We recommend booking at least 24-48 hours in advance, especially during peak season (June-September). Spots are limited and sell out quickly.
We accept credit/debit card for online bookings and also cash payment if you book by phone or WhatsApp. Payment is secure and you will receive immediate confirmation.
Yes, we offer a free transfer service. We pick you up at your hotel and take you back when the trip is over. We will let you know the pick-up time when confirming your booking.
Yes, you can charter the entire vessel privately for you and your group. Contact us to customise the experience according to your preferences for route, schedule and on-board services.
Our vessels have varying capacities. The exact information for each boat appears on the trip page. We work with small groups to guarantee comfort and quality throughout the experience.
We have a bar service on board (not included in the trip price). For private charters you can request personalised catering in advance.
Yes, all our vessels have a toilet on board for your comfort throughout the trip.
Yes, you can cancel for free up to 48 hours before the trip. Cancellations with less notice may incur a partial charge. Contact us to manage your cancellation.
Safety is our priority. If weather conditions are not suitable, we will cancel or reschedule your trip at no cost. We will notify you as early as possible.
